Getting Free Wood Chips in Carroll County

I'm a Cobb MG Intern, and have a friend looking for free wood chips/mulch in Carrollton; the preference would be to get in delivered/dropped at his house. (Doesn't need to be composted already).

Generally we can get this from the tree companies in Cobb, since they like to get rid of it rather than pay to dump it; I'm having a hard time locating a source in Carrollton. The Carroll County Extension office referred me to the Public Works Department, which has wood chips available, but only if you can drive your own vehicle to where they're working that day, and they'll load the chips into your truck.

Anyone know of a tree company in Carroll County that provides this type of service?

Thanks!

After the Mother's Day storms, I was asked if Carroll County had someplace where the fallen trees could be dumped. I said that they could be brought to the Ag Center IF the trees and limbs were chipped. Consequently, both the city and county have brought a good bit of wood chips to our facility. It's still available to the public--but, again, only if you bring your own truck and shovel or pitch fork.
